Staff Responsibilities
In order to promote trust and confidence in our client relationships the lead staff member of the project
enjoys complete authority over critical project decisions. This allows for quicker reaction time for project
issues that arise.
Support
Back East recognizes 3 types of client support: Project, Consulting/Troubleshooting & General questions.
Project Support
We provide 30 days free support on all work modules/projects. This starts at the time of
delivery/invoice which ever comes first.
Consulting Support
After the fact consulting support or miscellaneous troubleshooting.
Currently offered at our normal or special rates (refer to current pricing).
General Questions/Advice
These are simple technical questions and or advice/recommendations.
Normally provided free of charge depending upon the length and frequency of the calls.
